At the heart of the project are two courtyards.
One is contained and serene, shaped by a structured garden.
The other is free and spontaneous, where vegetation emerges between concrete surfaces.
Between them unfolds the social area: a space that does not divide, but unites. A space that breathes through glass and reflects itself in water. That invites gathering without disturbing calm.
Facing the street, the house presents itself as an austere and deliberate gesture: a blind, pure volume of exposed concrete.
There are no windows—only an entrance door that barely suggests what unfolds within.
This architectural decision is also a statement: the house does not open outward, but inward, toward its own courtyards.
Everything revolves around them.
They are open spaces—contained by walls—that shape interior life, free from external distractions, in intimate dialogue with light, air, and time.
